October Visits

Walter (21 months old) came to Minnesota in early October.
Dan and Anna had busy days at geology meetings.

We had a warm dry autumn ... nice for outside fun, but we

The next adventure ... a trip to Eugene with Sarah to celebrate Dee Dee's 

birthday, and see Pop Pop's new home at Sheldon Park.

The rest of the gang came down from Portland for a great birthday lunch

on the McKenzie River.

Back in Minnesota, sun shines through a pressed beeswax

ornament ... a gift from Dan and Anna.

These brilliant leaves have all fallen now, but the cardinal will stay.

It won't be long before the snow flies!
