Solar Installation - Day One

Thirteen of twenty-two solar panels went up on our roof today. More to come tomorrow. Very exciting!

Balboa Park Museums

Midway Museum

On Wednesday we took the ferry back from Coronado and toured the Midway.

Something Tells Me ...

We had a great time at the San Diego Zoo on Monday.

San Diego's Old Town and Balboa Park

We started our visit to Old Town with a guided walking tour. This is the courtyard of the Casa de Estudillo that was built in 1827 and was the center social life throughout the 19th Century..

We had a delightful lunch at the beautifully restored Cosmopolitan Hotel. The ground floor was built of adobe in the late 1820's.

After our visit to Old Town, we went to Balboa park. This is a beautiful tree we passed as we walked down El Prado, the main street in the Park. We'll be going back to visit some of the many museums.
